Sabine Schuhmann
Managing Partner

Founded the company in 1993. Prior to that, she worked as a Manager in the area of Marketing and Event Management. She was also a Consultant in an Executive Search company, where she gained broad experience in the Human Resources Management processes. She holds a degree in Business and fulfilled an MBA.

As an advisor of the Eckhard-Busch-Foundation she is a committed volunteer with the objective of advancing the acceptance of people with mental-health problems.

Ulrich Schuhmann
Managing Partner

Joined the company in 1999. Prior to that, he gained more than 15 years of experience at management level in the service industry. He was on the board of a listed stock company and was responsible for Marketing and Public Relations (including Investor Relations) as well as Human Resources with more than 600 employees. Since 2004 he also teaches at several academies and universities. He holds a degree in Business Administration. As a passionate athlete he is part of the managing board within the Club TdC, a network of cycling managers.

Verena Schmitz
Office Management

Supports our team since 2014. Has long-term experience as event manger and project manager in the trade fair business as well as in the office management of a logistics company a a media agency. Her profile is completed by apprenticeships as commercial assistant, foreign language correspondence clerk, international toursim assistant and in humanistic psychology.

Evelin Schwarz
Senior Consultant

Joined the company in 2005. Based on past management functions in Media, Commercial and PR-Agencies she has broad experience in Recruiting and Project Management. She holds a degree in Humanistic Psychotherapy and as a Practitioner in NLP. She is also a certified translator.

Susanne Bedenbecker

Complements our team since 2016. After studies in business economics with focus on marketing and a marketing/pr-programme in the U.S. she worked in the fields of brand communication and product marketing in international enterprises for many years. She benefits from her extensive experiences regarding campaigns, social media and co-operation with communication agencies. Additionally, she successfully finished extra-occupational studies in personnel management.

Katharina Otte

Joined the team in 2015. She has a bachelor degree in Multilingual Communication (English and Spanish) with focus on Culture and Media.
By several stays abroad in England and Australia, one semester in Madrid, as well as diverse extracurricular internships and activities she was able to gain experiences in different sectors – for example as tutor for German language at a language school.

Heike Simon

Joined the team in 2018. She is an HR, Marketing and Communications expert and has long-term consulting experience both on company and agency side. After graduating in business administration, she worked in lead positions in international companies and SMEs, most recently as manager for HR and organisational development. She holds a master degree in HR development and has additional qualifications in diagnostic-based personality development.

Jessica Fründt
Junior Consultant

Has been part of the team since 2019. She holds a Bachelor's degree in French Cultural Studies and Intercultural Communication and a Master's degree in Linguistics. Internships in France and Spain as well as various activities during her studies gave her an insight into different areas. The intensive contact to people and the cross-industry diversity of the communications sector have had a major influence on her decision for her current profession.

Anna Luzia Gazecki
Junior Consultant

Joined the company in 2019. During her dual bachelor's degree with a focus on logistics management, she successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship with an international logistics service provider. Her semester abroad in Scotland at the end of her studies awakened her enthusiasm for human resources. For this reason, she is currently completing a part-time Master in Human Resource Management.
