There are a variety of terms on this website that need to be presented gender-appropriately. These include, for example, contact persons, employees, applicants, coaching staff, experts, interested parties, interim managers, candidates, clients, communicators, clients, native speakers, specialists and prospective sales. Of course, we always address all genders when we use these terms. For the sake of readability, however, we have decided to use specific wording only where specific people are concerned.
