Before discovering her passion for the field of communication as a consultant in a human resources consultancy and recognizing its growing importance, she gained several years of experience in senior positions in the marketing of consulting and Service.

She volunteers on the advisory board of the Eckhard-Busch-Stiftung to promote the acceptance of mentally ill people.
